These terms apply when you buy online lessons on this website. Please read them before buying and keep a copy: we also email the essentials with your order confirmation. Leggi in italiano. If the two versions differ, a consumer may rely on the more favourable one.
1. Who sells the lessons
The Super Talker is run by Bukata Nataliia (P.IVA IT06175540878). The lessons are taught by Natasha.

2. Lessons and prices
You buy live, private, one-to-one lessons with Natasha, held by video call. A lesson lasts 60 minutes and the trial lesson 30 minutes. Each student can buy the trial once. You need a device and an internet connection. Lessons are built around your goals, but we cannot promise a specific result.
- Trial lesson: €18, any language
- English: €30 for 1 lesson, €142 for 5 lessons
- French / Italian: €34 for 1 lesson, €161 for 5 lessons
- Ukrainian: €38 for 1 lesson, €180 for 5 lessons
Prices are in euro and are the total you pay us: nothing is added at checkout. If your card uses another currency, your bank sets the exchange rate and may charge a fee. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.
3. How you buy
You choose your lessons, create an account, accept these terms and pay on the secure page of Stripe, our payment provider, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. The contract is concluded when the payment is confirmed. We then add the lessons to your account and email you a confirmation with your order number. If the payment fails, there is no contract.
You must be 18 or over to buy. Lessons for a younger learner are bought by a parent or guardian. We issue the tax documents required by Italian law.
4. Booking your lessons
After paying, you choose each lesson's day and time from Natasha's calendar in your account. Lessons you have not booked stay in your account and do not expire, for as long as The Super Talker offers lessons. The link to join is shown in your account or sent to you before the lesson.
5. Cancelling a booked lesson
- You cancel at least 24 hours before: the lesson goes back to your account and you can book another time.
- You cancel less than 24 hours before, or do not attend: the lesson counts as used and is not given back, because that time was reserved for you. If you arrive late, the lesson still ends at the scheduled time.
- Natasha cancels: the lesson always goes back to your account. The same applies if a technical problem on our side prevents the lesson. If we cannot offer you another suitable time, we refund that lesson.
6. Your right of withdrawal
This section applies if you are a consumer, meaning you buy for purposes outside your trade, business or profession, in whichever country you live.
The right. You can withdraw from this contract within 14 days of the day it is concluded, without giving a reason.
How to withdraw. Use the page Withdraw from contract here, linked at the bottom of every page, and press "Confirm withdrawal". We email you an acknowledgement with its content, date and time. You can also send us a clear statement by email or post to the details in section 1, with the model form below if you wish. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your statement before the 14 days end.
Refund. We refund all you paid within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, with the same payment method unless you agree otherwise, and at no cost to you. Upcoming lessons are cancelled and unused lessons are removed from your account.
Lessons during the withdrawal period. Before paying, you ask that the lessons you book can take place during the 14 days. If you then withdraw, you pay for the lessons given until you told us, in proportion to the price you paid. For example, with a 5-lesson package at €142, each lesson costs €28.40: after 2 lessons we refund €85.20.
When the right ends. You lose the right of withdrawal once all the lessons you bought have been given, as you acknowledge before paying. For example, once your trial lesson or your single lesson has taken place, or all 5 lessons of a package.

7. Other refunds
After the withdrawal period, lessons you have bought are not refundable, unless we can no longer give them: if The Super Talker stops offering lessons, we refund those you have not used. Your other rights under the law are not affected, including if a lesson is not given as described.
8. Lesson materials
Materials shared during your lessons are for your personal use. Please do not pass them on, and do not record a lesson unless Natasha agrees.
9. Complaints
Write to supertalker1@gmail.com: we will do our best to resolve any problem with you directly. We are not currently a member of any alternative dispute resolution body.

11. Changes, law and courts
We may update these terms; each purchase is governed by the version you accepted when buying. Italian law applies. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.
- Consumers living in Italy: the court of your place of residence or domicile has jurisdiction.
- Consumers living in another EU country: you can bring a claim in Italy or in your country, and we can bring a claim against you only in your country.
- Consumers living outside the EU: the Italian courts have jurisdiction, unless the mandatory rules of your country give you the right to go to court there.
- Business buyers: the court of the seller's address has jurisdiction.
